FY25 21st CCLC Cohort 24 Application Opens Feb. 1

PLEASE NOTE UP FRONT: Interested parties who do not already have an account in ePlan must email Extended.Learning@tn.gov by Thursday, Feb. 15, 2024 to gain access to the application.

The Tennessee Department of Education is requesting applications for the FY25 Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) grant (Cohort 24). The 21st CCLC program provides federal funding to establish or expand community learning centers. These centers provide students with opportunities for academic enrichment, youth development, and family support during non-school hours or during periods when school is not in session.

School districts, community- and faith-based organizations, and other public or private organizations proposing to serve students in Tennessee are eligible to apply for funding. The grant is awarded for five years based on a competitive application process. More information about this funding opportunity and how to apply can be found in the FY25 21st CCLC Request for Applications document. The application opens Feb. 1, 2024 and must be completed online through the department’s ePlan grants management system by 11:59 pm CT on April 1, 2024; paper applications will not be accepted.
