Governor Proclaims Oct. 20 Lights on Afterschool Day

Governor Bill Haslam has named October 20 Lights On Afterschool Day in Tennessee to recognize the role of afterschool programs in enhancing learning and providing opportunities for children to develop interpersonal skills and relationships.
